Ultimate Labs

Terms

Last updated October 22, 2026

These terms apply when you use the Ultimate Labs website or our apps: Ultimate Pool-Tech, Ultimate Musician, Ultimate Playback and Ultimate DAW Station. By using them you agree to these terms and to our privacy page.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else used your account. The person or company that opens an account is responsible for the people they invite to it.

Your information stays yours

You own the customer records, photos, songs, audio and other content you put into the apps. You allow us to store and process it only to run the apps for you. You can ask us to export or delete it.

Music and audio rights

Only upload or process audio, lyrics and charts that you own or are licensed to use. Our music apps don’t include commercial recordings, publishing, lyric or streaming rights.

Using the apps fairly

Don’t use the apps to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, get into accounts or data that aren’t yours, or disrupt the service.

Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance for each period and renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments made by your customers through Pool-Tech go directly to your company’s payment account. Pool chemistry suggestions in Pool-Tech are a guide; the technician on site makes the final call.

Early access and changes

Some apps are still in testing and will change as we improve them. We may update features, and we’ll give notice before removing something you pay for.

Limits

We work hard to keep the apps running and your data safe, but they are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Ultimate Labs is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Questions? Contact us.
