Ultimate Pool-Tech
The whole pool route, from the truck to the invoice.
Pool-Tech is built by a working pool company for pool companies. Techs follow their route on the phone app, log chemistry and photos at each pool, and the office sees everything live: who was serviced, what was used, what needs a repair, and who has paid.
Made for: Pool service companies, from one truck to many.

What it does
Routes and a live route map
Every pool on a map, colored by day or tech. Type a new address to see the closest pools and the route it fits best.
Tech phone app
Today’s stops in order, gate codes and dog warnings, readings, chemicals added, before and after photos, and one wrap-up message to the customer when the visit is done.
Proof that protects your techs
Landscapers blowing leaves while the tech is there? One tap notes it with the time and a photo, and it goes on the customer’s service report, so debris after the visit isn’t blamed on your tech.
Water chemistry
Readings saved at every visit, with dosing suggestions based on your own targets. Salt pools and chlorine pools handled differently.
Repairs and quotes
Techs report a problem with photos; the office prices it and the customer approves or declines from a link. Follow-ups are tracked until there’s an answer.
Vendors for specialty jobs
Leak detection, heater repair or a main drain: when the customer approves, the job goes to your vendor by email or WhatsApp with the name and address. They pick the day, then get the gate code. Each vendor’s price is set by you, with a separate price for pools with a spa.
Monthly invoices and online payment
Send every monthly invoice in one step. Customers pay by card, bank account or Apple Pay, or turn on auto-pay, and payments are recorded by themselves.
Every email tracked
See when each invoice, quote and report was sent, by whom, and each time the customer opened it.
Customer portal
Customers see their visits, photos and water readings, pay invoices, approve quotes, sign their service agreement and report a problem.
Costs and profit per pool
Store receipts, chemical prices and pack sizes, chemicals used per pool, and a chart of which pools make or lose money at their price.
Storm alerts and messages
Hurricane and storm warnings for your area reach the office and the techs. Send holiday, vacation or weather messages to all customers, with an AI writing helper.
How it works
- Add your customers and pools. Import your customer list or add customers one by one, with each address, pool type, gate code and monthly price.
- Build your routes. Put each pool on a day and a tech in Routes. The Route Map shows every pool so you can balance the days.
- Techs service pools from the phone. The tech opens today’s route, taps a stop, records readings, chemicals and photos, and finishes the visit. The customer gets one message with the summary.
- Handle repairs. When a tech reports a problem, price it in Repairs & Jobs and send the quote. The customer approves from the link; you see every follow-up.
- Send specialty jobs to vendors. Add your vendors and what they charge in Vendors. On a repair, pick the job and the vendor; when the customer approves, the vendor gets the job, picks a day, and then receives the gate code and access details.
- Send monthly invoices. In Billing → Monthly invoices, pick the customers and send. Each email has a Pay online button; auto-pay customers are charged by themselves.
- Watch payments and email. Payments show up as they arrive. Each invoice shows when it was sent and when it was opened.
