What it does
Service planning
Create a service, build the setlist from your song library, and keep keys, parts and notes with each song.
Team scheduling
Assign singers and musicians to each service. See who is available and who blocked out a date before you ask.
Approvals
Setlists can be submitted, changed and approved, so everyone works from the final version.
Song library
Keep your songs, keys, part sheets and stems together. Change a key for the whole team at once.
Rehearsal and live playback
Rehearse and run the service with the stems your church owns or is licensed to use.
Messages and reminders
Message the team and send assignment reminders straight to their phones.
People, roles and campuses
Roles and permissions for each person, and one structure for churches with more than one campus.

How it works
- Create your account. Register with your email (or Sign in with Apple) and enter the 6-digit code we email you.
- Set up your church. Add your organization, campuses and team members, and give each person their roles.
- Plan a service. From Home, open Planning Center and tap New Service. Add songs from your Library to the setlist.
- Schedule the team. Open Team Schedule and assign people. They are notified in Ultimate Playback and can accept or decline.
- Rehearse and go live. Open Rehearsal Mode during the week and Live Performance on the day of the service.

Questions
Do I need Ultimate Playback too?
Your team members use Ultimate Playback (free for them to install) to see assignments, setlists and practice tracks. One account works in all our music apps.
Are songs or tracks included?
No. You use the music your church owns or is licensed to use. We don’t include commercial recordings or lyric rights.
Can we try it?
We are welcoming a small group of founding churches with guided setup. Request early access and we’ll be in touch.
