How to use Ultimate Musician
Plan services, build setlists, schedule the worship team and run rehearsal and live playback.
Step 1
Create your account
Register with your email (or Sign in with Apple) and enter the 6-digit code we email you.
Step 2
Set up your church
Add your organization, campuses and team members, and give each person their roles.
Step 3
Plan a service
From Home, open Planning Center and tap New Service. Add songs from your Library to the setlist.
Step 4
Schedule the team
Open Team Schedule and assign people. They are notified in Ultimate Playback and can accept or decline.
Step 5
Rehearse and go live
Open Rehearsal Mode during the week and Live Performance on the day of the service.
